A Batemans Bay Fire and Rescue spokesman said they were called to the accident at 2.36pm on Tuesday, December 5.
The spokesman said a single van had lost control in a slightly different part of the same corner as the November 17 crash.
The van crossed both lanes of traffic before going backwards over the embankment and hitting a tree.
The spokesman said a blinker was broken, but the male driver was safe.
On November 6, a woman was left in a critical condition after an accident further south on the same stretch of highway.
She remains in St George Hospital.
