The Eurobodalla Shire has recorded its third death from COVID-19 as SNSWLHD announced another 214 positive cases in southern NSW.

A woman in her 70s sadly died with the virus, and SNWSLHD expressed its "sincere condolences" to her loved ones.
Of the 214 new cases, 136 were from positive RATs and 78 were from positive PCR tests.
There were 30 new cases in the Bega Valley, 28 new cases in the Eurobodalla, 35 new cases in Goulburn Mulwaree, 85 new cases in Queanbeyan Palerang, 18 new cases in the Snowy Monaro, five cases in the Upper Lachlan, and 13 cases in the Yass Valley.
That means there are now 3,291 active cases of COVID-19 in the LHD, and there have been 12,087 cases in the LHD since July 1, 2021.
Of those 3291 cases, 19 are in hospital and 16 are receiving active virtual care. There are two people in ICU, and sadly 14 people in the LHD have died with COVID since June, 2021.
