The six-month program is a joint venture by Campbell Page and the Eurobodalla Shire Council which will create 45 new jobs.
It will also provide formal training including units toward a Certificate II in Conservation and Land Management and a construction white card.
The crews will work alongside council's own environment team on a range of local projects, from planting trees and restoring sand dunes to rebuilding community spaces and more.
Applications are now open for young people in the Eurobodalla shire to get work experience while being paid and trained as part of the program.
EcoCrews was created to help regenerate the shire after the black summer bushfires and was inspired by a similar Campbell Page program called the Green Army.
