An off-duty police officer from the Southern Region will face court after being charged will alleged domestic violence offences.

The 32-year-old senior constable was charged with intentionally choke person with recklessness, two counts of assault occasioning actual bodily harm and common assault.
A NSW Police spokesperson said the offences are alleged to have occurred between June and October 2018.
He has been granted conditional bail to appear at Batemans Bay Local Court on Monday, December 17.
His duty status is under review.
