Man hospitalised after crash

The car left the road before hitting a tree near Malua Bay at approximately 1.10pm.

The man was initially trapped, however, emergency crews worked to free him.

The spokesman said he was suffering from lacerations to the arm and head, but that they had been reported as minor.

The patient is being transported to Moruya Hospital.
