A Mount Pritchard man charged with supplying an indictable quantity of drugs and custody of a knife in a public place has had his case adjourned until September.
Srpko Kuzmanovic, 31, of Mount Pritchard, appeared in Batemans Bay Local Court on Monday, July 31, but did not apply for bail. He had been held on custody after bail was refused on Thursday, July 27.
He was arrested on Wednesday, July 26 after his vehicle was stopped on the Far South Coast. He was charged with; supplying an indictable quantity of drugs; custody of knife in a public place; driving with special range PCA and failure to display P-plates correctly.
Mr Kuzmanovic on Monday pleaded guilty to the PCA charge and failure to display P-plates correctly. He was fined $300 for each charge and his license was suspended for six months.
He pleaded not guilty to the remaining charges and will appear in Bega Court on September 26.
