Ongoing upgrades to the Batemans Bay bridge and a need for operators to complete one nights training each month, will see motorists delayed between 8pm and 11pm, on Tuesday, June 6.

A spokesman for the Roads and Maritime Services thanked the community for its patience while the work was carried out, and advised journeys should be planned with delays of up to 15 minutes expected.
He advised motorists to drive to the conditions and follow directions from signs and traffic control.
“Last year a full mechanical and electrical upgrade of the bridge was carried out, with ongoing upgrades completed in the past six months to improve safety,” the spokesman said.
