An aerial photo of Broulee Island, where a man was found deceased on a boat on Friday morning.
A passing fisherman discovered the body of a man in a boat east of Broulee Island on Friday.
Police were alerted just before 6.30am on January 6 and Marine Rescue crews helped tow the boat to Batemans Bay.
It is believed the man, in his 70s, may have suffered a heart attack on board.
His death is not being treated as suspicious.
