Instead of four sessions, there will now be two online webinars, one on Tuesday, August 31 and the other on Wednesday, September 1 from 5pm to 6pm.
Southern NSW LHD Chief Executive Margaret Bennett said the safety and wellbeing of staff and the local community was the number one priority.
"While it's an uncertain time, we'd like to ensure the sessions still go ahead and the community get an understanding of what we have planned and how it will support the region's health care needs," she said.
"We were very much looking forward to meeting our community in person and hope to run face to face sessions in the near future."
Run by representatives from the Southern NSW Local Health District, the sessions will cover the Eurobodalla Regional Hospital project and new care services and people are encouraged to bring their questions for the team.
Attendees are encouraged to submit their questions in the lead up to the session by emailing HI-EurobodallaHospital@health.nsw.gov.au.
Community members will also be able to ask questions during the webinar.
