Mrs Hearn's longtime friend Anthony Williams said the 87-year-old fell in the Batemans Bay Village Centre near Kmart on Saturday, December 12.
An unknown woman came to The Manor resident's aid and remained at her side until medical help arrived.
Mr Williams told Australian Community Media Mrs Hearn would love to know the name of that angel so she can thank her properly.
