And that's straight from Australia's Deputy Chief Medical Officer Dr Nick Coatsworth.
In detailing the state of play across the nation in the 24 hours to noon, Dr Coastsworth took time out to praise our communities' response.
"We have also seen an increase in small cluster down in Batemans Bay, which has school holiday travellers obviously from NSW and from the ACT," he said.
"That occurred at the Batemans Bay Soldiers Club. What we've seen today is a remarkable example of the community getting out in force to get themselves tested."
The cluster stands at eight people, only one of whom is a local resident.
Four cases from one family were diagnosed earlier and another four in the 24 hours to Sunday night.
One is a staff member, two had a meal there and one was a contact, NSW health authorities said on Monday. The club has been closed for two weeks.
