Club members have had success in the conformation ring at Braidwood Show, where Hilary Coulton’s Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, Jan Boyce’s Silky Terriers and Papillons, and Sarah Taylor’s Doberman had huge wins; at the Goulburn and Australian Silky Terrier Shows, where Jan Boyce’s dogs won Best of Breed and Junior in Show; and at the Canberra Show, where Allison Holland’s dogs won Best of Breed and Junior in Group.
In obedience trials in Canberra and Sydney, more accolades went to members and their charges.
At the RSPCA’s Million Paws Walk in Moruya, the club’s demonstration team’s routine showcased exercises from beginner through to advanced level.
The club provides not only obedience training but also help for members who compete in the obedience and show rings.
The club will welcome new members at the next beginners’ intake at 6.30pm on June 3 at Moruya Showgrounds.
