One lane will be closed on Tuesday, May 5 and Wednesday, May 6 between 7.30am and 4.30pm, weather permitting.
The NSW Government allocated $30,000 for the work, which will inform future maintenance requirements for the bridge.
Work involves surveying and measuring the deck and foundations to determine if there is any movement of the bridge.

Further investigation work is also planned for two days a month until the end of November.
Motorists should plan their trip, allow extra travel time and follow the direction of traffic controllers and all signs, including a reduced speed limit of 40km/h.
