A fly screen was found ripped off a window and a set of keys was missing.
Police patrolled the street and have prepared a report.
Meanwhile, a 58-year-old man was one of three people arrested for shoplifting in Batemans Bay on Monday.
The man was questioned and arrested by police and issued with a criminal infringement notice for shoplifting after allegedly stealing food from a supermarket in the Batemans Bay CBD at 2.20pm on Monday.
An 18-year-old woman was questioned, arrested and given a criminal infringement notice for stealing hair women’s hair products from a Batemans Bay CBD supermarket.
A 24-year-old female was questioned, arrested and issued with a criminal infringement notice for stealing groceries from a supermarket in the CBD at about 2pm on Monday.
Meanwhile, a 26-year-old Moruya woman has been charged with shoplifting by Batemans Bay Police after allegedly stealing 35 cosmetic items from a Batemans Bay store.
It is alleged the person stole the 35 items from a store in Batemans Bay on Thursday February 19. The retail value of the products is $775.
She will appear in Batemans Bay Local Court on April 19.
Police found cannabis and drug administering equipment in a vehicle at Tokmakin late on Monday.
Officers found the vehicle at the Tomakin lookout and seized items and issued the occupant of the car, a 20-year-old man from Rivett in the ACT, with a cannabis caution.
A 29-year-old P-plate driver was caught driving with a special range PCA in Batemans Bay on Sunday morning.
Police stopped and breath-tested the driver in her white Ford at 8.20am on Sunday, and arrested her after the test proved positive.
A subsequent breath analysis at Batemans Bay Police Station produced a special range reading of between 0.02 and 0.049.
She will appear in Batemans Bay Local Court on a date to be confirmed.
