According to the balloons on the bonnet of a gift-wrapped vehicle parked under Batemans Bay's Village Centre on Monday, TY is in for a surprise.
According to the Bay Post/Moruya Examiner's intelligence operatives (the trolley guys), two young women were seen gift wrapping the vehicle.
You won't catch us ruling out the Batemans Bay Hospital Auxiliary gift wrappers, who have been doing a roaring trade upstairs.
The Bay Post/Moruya Examiner was alerted to the car's presence by an anonymous female caller who claimed to have nothing to do with the gift-wrapping.
We remain unconvinced and hope she calls back.
A close examination of the carefully wrapped car revealed it to be a vintage vehicle (a rust bucket), but we hope TY loves it anyway.
Please call the Bay Post on 4472 6577 and let us know.
Happy Christmas!
