Batemans Bay racecar driver Bailey Sweeny has claimed his maiden Supercheap Auto TCR Australia Series victory racing on Australian motorsports' most famous mountain.

The 19-year-old Sweeny won Race Two of Round Three of the TCR series with an 11 second lead over the rest of the field at Mount Panorama on April 16.

Sweeny began the race in second position, bumping guards with fellow competitor Michael Caruso on turn one.
However Sweeny claimed the lead on lap three and never looked back.
Sweeny sits in 11th place in the TCR overall standings.
It is Sweeny's first season in the Supercheap Auto TCR series after he signed with HMO Customer Racing in January this year.
Round four of the TCR series is at Sydney Motorsport Park on May 27 to 29.
