A father and his son were rescued by Moruya's Lifesaver 23 at One Tree Beach, Tuross on Tuesday, October 1.

At 3.03pm, the Westpac Life Saver Rescue Helicopter was called to reports of a father and son who were swept off One Tree Beach.
"They were washed up on the rocks of the headland," a Westpac Life Saver Rescue Helicopter spokesman said.
"The father and son were winched into the aircraft and onto the headland where the mother and police were waiting for them."
The spokesman understood there were no injuries.
Tuross Marine Rescue were called for assistance but were stood down.
