Police have charged or cautioned 14 people after a shop lifting blitz in the Batemans Bay CBD, including two 85-year-old men.

South Coast Proactive Crime Team Police conducted a shoplifting operation between Wednesday and Friday July 17-19, 2019.
They said 14 people were detected for shoplifting and other offences.
A 36-year-old female was charged with theft and on an outstanding warrant issued by Parramatta Court. She was located on a nearby bus after having left a store with stolen goods. Her co-accused, a 23-year-male from Cringila, was charged with stealing and resisting arrest.
A 44-year-old male was charged with possessing a prohibited drug.
A 23-year-old male was charged with possessing a prohibited weapon - a set of knuckle dusters (pictured).
A 46-year-old male was charged with trespass.
Field court attendance notices were issued to a 22-year-old male and a 50-year-old male for stealing.
Criminal Infringement Notices for shoplifting were issued to a 25-year-old male, 46-year-old female, 63-year-old male, and two 85-year-old males.
Two juvenile females will undergo cautions under the Young Offenders Act.
