The Transport Management Centre advises the Princes Highway through Batemans Bay and the Kings Highway through Braidwood and Nelligen will be very busy.
Heavy traffic is also expected on the Princes Highway through Albion Park Rail, Nowra, Jervis Bay, Milton and Ulladulla.
The busiest time on the roads is between 10am and 5pm so consider travelling outside these hours.
Motorists are also advised to take regular breaks and drive to the conditions.
Extra traffic crews will be in key locations to manage traffic conditions and clear incidents as quickly as possible.
