Pat Randolph and Maureen Kinross, along with a busload of Probus members, have just returned from a trip to Bright, in Victoria. What a beautiful time to be in Bright! The leaves on the trees are in beautiful shades of yellow, orange and red.
Their itinerary looked great, with visits to berry farms, wineries, cheese factories and the world famous Beechworth Bakery. Maureen celebrated another birthday while on the trip, and I’m sure the rest of the passengers would have helped her celebrate.
Barbara Diacomihalis of the Bay has just had a lovely week in Nowra, having a catch up with two dear old friends. There were a few lovely meals out, but also a lot of talking about old times, and Barb came home with a scratchy throat from all the talking.

The gorgeous Lisa Hines has just returned from a “working” holiday in Adelaide, doing a few renovations to a unit she has just bought. You’ll be applying for the next series of House Rules, Lisa, if you keep this up.
Some of the guys and gals from the local Friendship Group have been travelling to Ulladulla every month or so to play Ten Pin Bowling. They have been having a great time, and finish off their trip with a Thai lunch.
The local River of Art festival is currently running in the Eurobodalla. There’s live music, theatre, film, visual arts, literature, and workshops happening all this week and weekend.
Brian and Joan Cassidy from Surf Beach have not long returned from a cruise to the Pacific Islands, with six friends. They had a wonderful time together, and are now planning a longer cruise around Australia, to Perth and are really looking forward to the experience of a train trip on the Indian Pacific, to get home.
