Organiser Julie Brennan said tickets were still available for the Eurobodalla Fibre and Textile Artists Group (EFTAG) extravaganza.
“We have just a few tickets left and have extended the deadline for ticket sales, so it's not too late for people to purchase their catwalk seats or to book a table and join us for champagne, canapes and a fantastic show,” Ms Brennan said.
“A hard-working team has just spent the weekend helping to organise the garments ready to be paraded, and they are amazing – so much imagination and creativity.
“We are going to have a great evening and lots of fun.”
Judge Keedah Throssell said guests could expect a trajectory from “more normal clothing first” to “the more outrageous stuff to finish”.
“Afterward it’s a bit of a feeding frenzy with the sales,” Ms Throssell said.
“This year they are putting it on a catwalk. People were always complaining they couldn’t get a ticket – it would sell out that quickly. The new venue can accommodate greater numbers,” Ms Throssell said.
Ms Throssell accepts a base-line skill level is required but, to be winning work, there must be more.
“It has to demonstrate technical skills for sure, but mostly for me it is the aesthetic: does it speak to me?”
