The Eurobodalla Canine Club has held its annual awards night.
The club has enjoyed another successful year with several handlers and their dogs triumphant in the competition ring in Conformation, Obedience and Rally O Trials.
Seven dogs and handlers received nine titles at their particular level.
The training facilities at the Moruya Showground have proved to be beneficial as a safer environment for handlers and their dogs.
This is reflected in the large number of handlers and their dogs attending obedience classes on a weekly basis.
Our classes are conducted in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, where dogs learn to socialise in a calm way.
It’s a terrific way to get out and about, make new friends both two and four legged, learn new ‘tricks’ with our dogs and enjoy the outdoors environment in our wonderful part of the world.
Our club is privileged to have a dedicated group of experienced instructors giving up their time freely to assist with the development of better dog training skills and socialisation of their canines in a relaxed and friendly environment.
All dogs and handlers are most welcome to join our club.
Dogs must be at least four months of age and be fully vaccinated, with all relevant paperwork to be sighted when joining.
New puppy, rescue, senior citizen, pedigreed or mixed parentage, it’s never too late to turn your canine buddy into that dream pet with the assistance of our instructors.
All classes will recommence at 6.30pm on February 1, 2017.
If you are interested in joining our club, details can be obtained from our webpage www.eurocanineclub.webs.com, our Facebook page, email eurodogclub@outlook.com or phone Magda on 44711440 or Hilary on 0409 492556. No calls after 9pm.
At the awards night, Karen Gould was presented with a Life Membership award.
Congratulations on receiving this prestigious award.
The club thanks all its members and kind sponsors for their continued support throughout the year.
