Playing at Clarke Oval, the side kept their opponents scoreless in the second quarter to set up a 16.14.110 to 12.9.81 victory.
It is the fourth consecutive win for the Seahawks who remain in the hunt for a top four position.
Coach Michael Kenny said it was a hard fought victory for his side.
“We were missing six of the players from the side who beat Goulburn, and also had a couple of guys playing injured, so it took a gutsy effort to get the win,” he said.

“Playing at Cootamundra is always hard, mainly because of the road trip. The guys did really well to stick it out and get the result.”
The Seahawks held a narrow three-point lead at quarter time, before kicking five unanswered goals in the second to lead by 36 at half time.
Despite a stronger showing from the Blues in the second half, the visitors were able to consolidate their lead, and clinch an important win.
Among the best for the Seahawks on the day were winger, Blake Gleeson, and ruckman, Karl Dehne.
Shaun Green lead the goal kicking for the side with six majors, while Ross Hummel was also on song with three.
Batemans Bay will be at home this week against Molonglo in what will be its third last game before the finals.
Kenny said it is important that they hit form at the right time.
“The last few weeks will be about building momentum,” he said.
“We will give the guys who played injured a rest this week and hopefully have a couple back from injury which will be nice.”
The Seahawks will take on Molonglo from 2.15pm at Hanging Rock Oval on Saturday.
