Show treasurer Lindsay Boyton said the number of people through the gate was up on last year.
“It was up on last year. We took more money at the gate this year because it rained last year,” he said.
“We are slightly under our figures from three years ago, which was the best year we ever had. We are about $2000 off our best year.”
Mr Boyton said the committee had been given only positive feedback.
“We haven’t had any bad comments. Everyone loved it and really enjoyed themselves,” he said.
“Going out of the gate, one of the kids said they wanted to see Fairy LaLa back here again. It is good to hear the kids are enjoying it.”
Bringing the cattle back after 20 years was a feature in the schedule.
“So many people commented on the cattle. They really enjoyed it,” Mr Boyton said.
He said the program would stay the same in the future because it “worked well”.
