In a rare move, two real estate agents are suspending territorial instincts to jointly auction the home for the charity, on site on October 1.
Aristotle Stavros, for Raine & Horne, Batemans Bay, and Karen Herrick, for LJ Hooker Moruya/Bodalla are hoping the bids will fly from 11am on the day.
“We are both very excited to be appointed the agents to market this house on behalf of the charity,” Ari said.
“Myself and Karen Herrick are eager to achieve the best possible price, as all proceeds from the sale will be donated to the charity.

Ronald McDonald House Charity supports Fiona Lodge at Rosedale.
The house at 19 Bodalla Road is open for inspection each Wednesday and Saturday from 11-11.30am.
