RMS said they would complete work between 7pm and 4.30am on both nights, with the first night taking place "within the project boundary" at Korners Park on June 12.
The second night of work was planned for late June next to the Princes Highway, north of the Batemans Bay Bridge.
RMS said the switch was part of the continued work on the new bridge.
The Eurobodalla Shire Council said residents in elevated areas of North Batemans Bay, Surfside and Long Beach might notice lower water pressure than normal on June 12.
Nearby residents would receive more information on the second night, at least one week before work was planned.
RMS said the late hours were in place to reduce impacts to the community and minimise disruption to water availability.
Work would be visible from the Princes Highway but RMS said there would be no impacts to motorists.
Roads and Maritime thanked the community for its patience while work was carried out.
