The biggest win of the day came for Ben Linde's SG Ball side, who smashed the North Sydney Bears 54-8 at the Collegians Sporting Complex.
In the 11 to two try romp, four-pointers for the hosts were scored by Mathew Feagai (three), Aaron Schoupp (two), Max Feagai (two), Jayden Sullivan (two), Zach Herring and Treigh Stewart - with Sullivan (three) and Schoupp (two) landing conversions.
On Saturday, Linde's squad featured Group Seven's Oliver Parrish (Berry-Shoalhaven Heads), Joshua Coric (Albion Park-Oak Flats), Blake Dowel (Warilla-Lake South), Kane Ball (Albion Park-Oak Flats) and Sam Hooper (Warilla-Lake South).
Not to be outdone was Jono Dallas' Harold Matthews side, which thumped Norths 28-4, behind tries from Brendan Morkos (two), Declan Manago, Edward Pierce, Benjamin Lavender and Liam Arnold - with Liam Constable landing 2/6 conversions.
Dallas side was led by Milton-Ulladulla's Jye Hendrie, Stingrays' Trey Barlow, Toby Peters and Jarvis Polley and Berry-Shoalhaven Heads' Louie Chilver.
Finally, Daniel Lacey's Tarsha Gale side chalked up their fourth straight win to open the season, by defeating the Sydney Roosters' Indigenous Academy 44-24.
In the win, Chantel Tugaga scored four tries, while Maddison Weatherall (two), Keele Browne, Olivia Vale and Tiana Graham also crossed the line, as Vale (two) and Graham nailed conversions.
Lacey's side in round four was headline by Group Seven's Keele Brown, Sophie Morris, Taneisha Roberts, Georgie Fitzpatrick (all Milton-Ulladulla), Madi Singleton, Riley Scott and Alex Wallace (all Stingrays).
In round four, all three teams host the Penrith Panthers at the Collegians Sporting Complex on Saturday, with the Tarsha Gale match opening the day's play at 10am before Harold Matthews at 11.30am and SG Ball at 1pm.
