The day is acknowledging the contribution players, coaches, managers and parents have put into the representative season.
The day will start about noon with people able to kick the ball around and enjoy each other’s company before lunch.
Canteen facilities will be available for parents and lunch and drinks will be provided for all representative players and siblings.
Following lunch the award will be presented.
It will also give players the chance to return the favour and present a gift to coaches and managers if they wish, or have not done so.
At 2pm the rep trials will begin.
The boys’ age groups have been confirmed with under 12s, 13s, 14s and 15s.
Girls’ age groups have not been confirmed but the Eurobodalla Football Association encourages any interested girls to attend to build a base of players for the 2015 season.
The youngest female age group will be either under 12s or under 13s.
The association can not confirm coaches for each division as it is waiting to set the player base up before going ahead.
“In our experience we have found that we need to conduct these trials before our football season ends and before our players go off to their respective summer sports,” association spokeswoman Sue Kinsey said.
“All players will be informed of selections, coaches and formats before the end of 2014.”
Kinsey requests coaches and managers to contact her with nominations for most improved and most valuable player awards.
“You may choose any two players and please contact me personally to arrange,” she said.
