COVID forced the cancellation of the entire 2020 season, and most of the 2021 season.
The senior competition is open to anyone aged 12 or older, and EHC club president Dale Sponberg said this was a highlight of the club.
"It is an inclusive, supportive and family friendly club," she said.

"Everyone can get the same level of enjoyment out of hockey, no matter your ability."
The 2021 season was the first outdoor mixed competition in the Eurobodalla.
Ms Sponberg said it was the first time men had been able to play hockey in the Eurobodalla in more than 20 years.
"Those who have come back are loving it," she said. "It has been hugely successful."
The hockey season starts April 30, with games played on Saturday afternoons between 2 and 4pm at Gundary Oval, Moruya.
Ms Sponberg said the club had committed to subsidising player fees through grants and fundraising.
