There were no tickets left to the popular community event raising funds for the Australian Himalayan Foundation (AHF), with all 85 tickets selling out well before the event.
Residents were treated to a three-course meal prepared by local residents Nirmala and Ashley Darby.
Event organiser Jane Vincent recently moved to Durras and had attended successful curry nights before. She wanted to raise money for AHF, and when she heard a family of Indian descent was living on her street, she asked if they would be prepared to cook for a crowd. They obliged - regardless of the numbers - but Ms Vincent limited tickets because of COVID numbers.

Ms Vincent's highlight was seeing everyone joining in Bollywood dancing led by locals Elise and Christine May.
She said all the feedback she had received was positive, and that everybody had loved the night.
The event successfully raised more than $5000 for AHF - a charity seeking to improve the standard of living, particularly among women and children, in countries along the Himalayas through overseeing sustainable health, education and environmental programs.
AHF chair Simon Balderstone spoke at the event about the cause and the work of the charity in many countries - particularly Nepal and Bhutan.
Ms Vincent said she hoped to run similar events in the future for different charities.
