John Schmidt, NSW Electoral Commissioner said postal packs to vote in the upcoming State by-elections will have started arriving in letterboxes from Tuesday, February 1.
"In this by-election, voters have the choice of voting in person on election day, voting early at an early voting centre or voting by post," he said.
"For those who want to vote by post, make sure you're keeping a look-out for when your postal voting pack arrives. It will be sent to all enrolled voters automatically.
"Once you receive the pack, you must complete your ballot paper by 6pm on Saturday, February 12, and then return it to us as soon as possible."
The NSW Electoral Commission will accept postal votes until 6pm on Friday, February 25.
Mr Schmidt said voters could follow the "five easy steps" outlined in their postal pack on how to fill out the ballot papers and successfully complete and return the pack.
Each pack contains a guide to voting, a postal vote certificate/envelope to be signed by the voter, a ballot paper, and a return envelope to the NSW Electoral Commission.
"Anyone with questions about completing their postal voting pack can find more information on our website or call us on 1300 135 736," Mr Schmidt said.
Pre polling is also available until Friday, February 11, at several spots in the electorate.
The NSW Electoral Commission has introduced a series of measures to minimise risks to the health, safety and wellbeing of electors, election workers, political participants, and others, and reduce the risk of exposure to COVID-19.
