So, with that in mind, the Bay Post will bring you all the developments currently on public exhibition with council, and a brief summary of what is being applied for.
All developments are sorted below by the date submissions on the applications close - submissions on any of the following DAs can be made on the Eurobodalla Shire Council's DA tracker.
Development applications dealing with private residences have not been included on this list unless they would create a dual occupancy, involve a block of units or apartments, or would add another storey to the house.

Alterations and additions to clubhouse in Dalmeny
Progressive Project Solutions, on behalf of Club Dalmeny, has applied for works on Club Dalmeny on Ruth Place, Dalmeny. The works would include "internal alterations and addition of a deck area and new entry ramp to the existing club, alterations to the ladies toilets, alterations to the accessible toilet, alterations to the poker machine room, and a rework of the car parking layout".

Bus Depot and shed (office) in Mogo
DA Solutions, on behalf of Rixons Buses, has applied to rebuild a shed on a property on the Princes Highway, Mogo. The shed would act as an office for Rixons Buses, and the land would be used as a depot for the company's vehicles.
Awning for an RFS Shed in Broulee
A private applicant has applied to build a new awning off the RFS Fire Shed on Broulee Road, Broulee.
