Another week of lockdown in Greater Sydney yet the case numbers unfortunately aren't slowing down. The news of several towns in the state's central west going into a seven day lockdown certainly put all of us in regional NSW on high alert.

It's been a heavy week of COVID-related stories, so if you're after something different look no further than our chat with Dalmeny sportswoman Nikki Ayres.
Five years on from a rugby union injury which left her with no movement of her foot, Ayres will represent Australia in the Tokyo Paralympics.
She shared her inspiring story about how she overcame her injury and self doubt to continue her sporting career. We're looking forward to watching her compete.
On the topic of the Olympics, the time is finally here for the Games no one thought would happen! We'll be keeping you up to date on all the latest news, including a blog and medal tally so be sure to check our website for updates.
Don't forget to watch the Opening Ceremony tonight and see the Matildas take on Sweden on Saturday afternoon in a soccer match expected to be pretty spectacular.
