A 35-year-old female's car window was smashed by a passerby when driving along George Bass Drive on Monday, February 22.

At about 6:45am, a police spokesperson said the woman was driving east along George Bass Drive, Surf Beach, when the incident occurred.
"The female noticed a maroon coloured Holden Commodore travelling in the opposite direction with an occupant's arm hanging out a window," the spokesperson said.
"As the vehicle passed her, an object struck the driver's side window of her vehicle shattering the window."
