Eurobodalla Shire Council's arts coordinator Indi Carmichael said successful applicants would receive a four-week exhibition slot, and support with their exhibition.
"We encourage artists from all backgrounds and levels of experience to apply for either solo or group exhibitions," Ms Carmichael said.
Submissions close 4pm on Friday, May 8.
In addition to successful submissions, 2021 exhibitions will include returning favourites such as River of Art and the ReVive Art Prize.
New workshop spaces provide for complimentary activities such as workshops, events and education programs at the centre.
Ms Carmichael said the Bas had established a reputation for showcasing quality regional arts with unique local content supported by perfectly picked shows from outside the region, in just over a year.
The gallery celebrated local and national creative arts, and contemporary culture.
"Really, the Bas is a creative hive," Ms Carmichael said. "It's something totally delicious our local artists can jump right into.
"It's great to see our annual program really building cultural capital for the benefit of residents and visitors."
