Barb Magrin said the club needed a reliable vehicle in order to attend events.
"AMH Moruya lent us a reliable vehicle to tow the pigeon trailer to race points down throughout Victoria," she said.
"Our own private vehicles weren't reliable to tow a trailer with 200-to-300 race pigeons aboard, each week.
"The furthest distance was Seaspray on Southern Victoria."
Recently, founding member of the club Bruce King met AMH Moruya's Jade Cowan to say a big thank you in person.
Pigeons fly velocities from 600 metre per minute to 2500 metres per minute, over distances of 100km to 800km.
The racing season starts in May and goes through to the end of October. Breeding season is around November to early January.
