A South Coast Police District spokesman said stolen goods included tools, ID cards and phones.
He said multiple charges included possessing ammunition without a permit, receiving stolen property, two counts of possessing prohibited drugs, possessing a prohibited weapon, possessing explosives in public and goods in custody.
He was bail-refused and would appear in Batemans Bay Court on November 25.
