On Sunday, November 17 at 3pm, the duo will play at St Bernard's Catholic Church, Batehaven. The program will feature Spanish classical, flamenco, tango and modern jazz.
Mr Fagan's manager Kellie Grattidge said tour collaborations included sold-out shows at the Sydney Opera House and Wesley Music Centre in Canberra, "combining musical passion and virtuosity to celebrate the spirit of Spain, El Vito and tango".
"The duo perform Spanish repertoire from classical to flamenco, plus the colourful and rhythmic sounds of tango, South American Classical and Latin masterpieces and modern jazz infusing the exhilarating traditional flamenco elements of Spanish guitar with the classical, virtuoso pianism," Ms Grattidge said.
"The duo transform masterpieces by Joaquin Rodrigo, Isaac Albeniz, Manuel de Falla, Enrique Granados, Astor Piazzolla, Chick Correa, Maurice Ravel and more into stunning new arrangements."
She said Mr Young, pianist, had regularly given recitals throughout Australia and Europe.
"He has appeared as soloist in concertos with the West Australian, Queensland, Adelaide and Willoughby Symphony Orchestras and Vienna International Orchestra, and his performances have been broadcast by Fine Music FM and ABC Classic FM," she said. "In 2014, Nicholas was invited to perform with the Vienna International Orchestra as part of the Center for Musical Excellence's Vienna ConcertoFest."
She said Mr Fagan had long been established as one of Australia's finest exponents of the guitar.
"Matthew has toured with Billy Connolly, The Buena Vista Social Club, Shirley Bassey, Natalie Cole and Michael Crawford. Matthew's virtuosic rendition of Bach's famous Toccata in D Minor featured on ABC TV," she said. "Matthew has studied and/or performed with masters John Williams, Paco Pena, Leo Kottke, Martin Taylor, Joe Pass amongst others."
