A Batemans Bay man accused of leading a police pursuit in Batemans Bay earlier this year has faced court on a string of new charges.

Alan Bruce Potts faced Magistrate Doug Dick via audio-visual link at Batemans Bay Local Court on Monday, October 14.
His fresh charges include break and enter, entering a building with intent, three counts of driving a vehicle without the owner's consent, driving an unregistered vehicle, three counts of driving while disqualified, three counts of larceny, two counts of being in possession of stolen goods, entering a boat or vehicle without consent, and being carried in a vehicle without consent.
They are in addition to 17 previous charges, including break and enter, not stopping a police pursuit, and driving recklessly.
Potts did not enter pleas for any of the charges.
Magistrate Dick adjourned the matters to October 28 in Batemans Bay Local Court.
