4pm: A Southern NSW Local Health District spokesperson said the 17-year-old female was discharged home from Moruya District Hospital on the same evening of Tuesday, September 10.
9.25am: Police believe the crash followed the teenager attempting to avoid an animal on the road, but said it remained under investigation.
Police said the driver was travelling eastbound at the time of the crash.
8.50am: A teenager was trapped after crashing a car on Tomakin Road last night in the Woodlands area, emergency services say.
At about 7.30pm, Batemans Bay Fire and Rescue were called to a young woman trapped near Mogo, Tuesday, September 10.
Fire and Rescue captain Paul Lyons understood the teenager had possible neck and spinal injuries.
"When we arrived, we liaised with ambulance and were told the driver side door needed to be removed," Mr Lyons said.
"Once they finished stabilising her, we were able to remove the door in two to three minutes, using a speed brace."
Broulee Rural Fire Service were set up at the scene in case the vehicle caught fire.
Fire crews helped ambulance officers lift the young woman onto a spinal board.
Police were also at the scene.
