Work continues on the concrete barrier, south of Batemans Bay. The barrier had been damaged on Monday by a truck crash. Traffic control is in place.
Monday, February 25: Emergency services attended a tanker which had crashed into a concrete barrier at 3.30am.
Batemans Bay Fire and Rescue said a wheel of the truck was lost on impact at the top of the "mad mile", south of Batemans Bay.
At 8.30am, the tanker remained at the scene and the clean-up continued. One north bound lane is closed with traffic control in place.
Police and a tow truck were at the scene.
