We welcomed Georgina Cregan, Dorothy Grace, Marcus Richards, Loraine Jackson, Meg Edenborough, Joshua Croker, Ben Shepherd, Ryan Smith, Rumer Williams, Harm Schaap and Mary Castrisios to their first run with the group.

In the two kilometres personal best times were recorded by Cameron Lunn, Cooper Lasscock, Jasmine Newens, Poppy Melgaard, Isabella Lopresti, Natalie Greenway, Charley Proksch, Christian Proksch, Carol Marsden, Leo and Felicity Richards.

In the 3.5-kilometres the improvers were Vaughn Gilligan, Cathy West, Leora Kelly, Susan Smith and Pamela Gannon.

In the 5-kilometres the improvers were Matthew Edenborough, Brock Gilligan, Julie De Ernsted, Taylah Connaughton, Ryley Spoelder, Tracey Denning and Sunni West.

Returning from his 100-kilometre run in the Blue Mountains was Anthony Miles, showing no ill effect from this gruelling event in very tough conditions. Also running this week was Lauren Evans, who completed the 22-kilometres event over the Blue Mountains.

Tiffany Johnston and Harrison Gilligan were awarded their 30-run shirts.
