Duncan McLaughlin snapped this lovely shot of the shire’s arts coordinator at last year’s River of Art Prize, when she was highly commended for the black-and-white portrait of her son in the background.
Last night she won gold for the gorgeous portrait, at right, of her fittingly named daughter, Golden.
