Batemans Bay started the milestone-match slowly, letting the Blues get out the back of their defence for two early goals.
They would steady from that point forward, kicking four goals to take a 25-16 lead into the second quarter.
The second quarter was more of the same for the Seahawks, with Cody Cameron kicking two of his three goals to help build an 18-point half time lead. Nathan Blackburn also kicked two goals.
Batemans Bay continued pressing their advantage in the third quarter, as Ross Hummel kicked a pair of goals.
Cootamundra kicked a goal of their own, but a late Shaun Green goal helped the home side build a 29-point lead at the final change.
The Seahawks lead grew to as much as 36 points in the final quarter, thanks to two more goals from Green.
However, a late fadeout saw the Blue kick three last-quarter goals to make the scoreline more acceptable.
Both Green and Cameron finished with three goals for the home side, while Alexander Maskell-Knight kicked four goals for the visitors.
Both sides formed a guard of honour for Millynn, as he was chaired off the ground to cap off a good Seahawks win.
