Last chance for tickets
Today is your last chance to get a ticket for the Batemans Bay Reunion on Saturday, May 6.
They are available at the Soldiers Club for $25 each and they will supply you with all the information.
Tickets are selling fast and really beyond expectations.
The night will be for reminiscing, story telling looking back on the Bay’s past through slide shows and photo displays.
It will be a unique opportunity for people who perhaps have not lived here long but are interested in our town and its stories.
Batemans Bay has lots and lots of stories.
The following day a picnic will be held on the banks of the Clyde River at Korners Park.
This is for those who could not make Saturday night and for those who did, but just want to continue where they left off.
What better place to finish up our weekend?
We hope to see you all there
History of Batemans Bay and Districts Past and Present committee
A big thanks
The new Moruya Red Door Theatre launched its first production to a full house.
The night was a real celebration of community theatre.
A night made possible by the work of many hands.
A big shout out though to the actors, who also formed the committee and put in many hours behind the scenes in set construction, painting, promoting and so forth.
Starting a new theatre group from scratch meant that we needed all hands on deck.
The success of the play is testimony to the vibrant arts and culture scene we have in the Eurobodalla.
Thank you to our community and sponsors whose support and patronage has been wonderful.
And of course, to our very first director, Linda Heald of Narooma, congratulations.
For those interested in being involved in our next production keep an eye out on our Moruya Red Door Theatre Facebook page.
