Men
On Monday the 22nd August The winners of the pairs/triples game were Steve Hall, Adam Pooley and Dick Ziebell from runners-up Bob Starkovski, Wayne Marwood.
The Jackpot was not won and will be $ 500.00 next week and nominated pairs will be played.
On Thursday the 25th August the winners of the nominated Triples game were Robby Richardson, Ron Skinner and Bob Alexander, over runners-up Barrie Stone, Adam Pooley and Bob Starkovski.
Next week will be single entry.
TWIST TOPS
This Sunday 44 bowlers enjoyed the Tomakin greens and the winners with the lowest winning margin were Janette Pooley and Nick Tiyce from shared runners-up Sharon Cutmore, Bev Sheehan, Jeanne Burggraaf and Irish.
The Richard Cranium award went to Garry Chapman for putting his name down twice. The Monthly Wally award went to Brian Bacon for leaving his TAB account card in the machine. Then another customer used the machine and lost his money to Brian’s account.
The breakfast tray went to Daphne Stone and Jo Harding.
The jackpot was not won and stands at $ 500.00.
On Father’s Day the 4th September we will be celebrating with an early breakfast from 7.30 am till 8.30 am. So put your name (not twice) down on the sheet. Or ring the bowling shed on 44747019.

SOCIAL WOMEN’S BOWLS
On the 3rd August the Bodalla Tournament was played and the winners were the Tomakin team Daphne Stone, Mary Handley and Maureen Devine, WELDONE girls congratulations.
On the 19th August the Moruya Challenge was played in Tomakin 3 games were played on this day and the winners of the challenge were Tomakin. It was a great day as usually and we hope to play the Moruya v Tomakin challenge again next year at Moruya. Thank you for the organisers and players for making this a great day.
Unfortunately last Tuesday social bowls was cancelled due to the rain.

Nader Shield was played at Dalmeny on Thursday & Friday with Tuross Heads Womens Club defending their 2015 title, which they did with another win 2016.

Last week numbers were down a little because of some early showers but 37 ladies enjoyed their morning of social bowls also Final of Consistency Championship was played .
