The Swans won 2-1 against Clyde United in the major semi-final at Hanging Rock Oval on August 30.
Moruya led 1-nil through a Will Davis spot-kick.
Clyde equalised and in the shadows of full-time, Takacs headed in a cross to take the win.
The minor premiers will tackle Bodalla in the preliminary final next Sunday.
Bodalla beat Batemans Bay 3-1 in the minor semi-final at Hanging Rock.
Batemans Bay was cut to 10-men for the majority of the first half after a few players were called to emergency situation.
Five cards were handed out in the minor semi-final while three were used in the major semi-final.
