The Bay’s entrants fiercely competed with more than 40 people from Ulladulla, Bomaderry and Jervis Bay and three came away with podium positions.
Andrew Fleming won the men’s intermediate division and Paul Reynolds was the runner-up.
Kimberli Eke won the women’s intermediate division.
Batemans Bay crossfit coach Amanda Noble said athletes had to complete a set workout each week and the final two workouts were held in Jervis Bay.
