Police said 54 cannabis plants, cannabis leaf and seeds were found at the Pacific Road premises on February 23.
Police alleged a female occupant abused police, threw items and damaged property while officers executed the warrant.
The woman was arrested and charged with obstructing/hindering a person executing a warrant, using offensive language and destroying/damaging property.
She is expected to face Batemans Bay Local Court on March 20.
