If you finished the 2016 Sun-Herald City2Surf in less than 101 minutes, congratulations - you were faster than half of the nearly 68,000 participants in this year's race.
Of course, if you are a man, you might want to pause a moment before patting yourself on the back. Faster times are easier for men than for women to achieve, thanks to men's higher testosterone levels.
(Testosterone affects everything from bone development to muscle strength to heart size and the percentage of fat on the body. It even influences the amount of oxygen-carrying blood cells you have.)
Those men who completed the 14-kilometre race in less than 89 minutes (or 89 minutes and 14 seconds, to be precise) can reward themselves with that extra beer.
Ladies, the time that puts you ahead of half the female pack is 114 minutes (or 113 minutes and 56 seconds, exactly). You can also pour yourselves that extra drink.
As we know, though, age makes a big difference to performance, too. So before you fill your glass, let's take a closer look at our peak performers by age.
The fastest age group comprised people in their 30s: men who were faster than 84 minutes deserve two extra beers - you were faster than half the men in this group. For women, the time to beat is 105 minutes.
Hot on their heels were those in their 20s, with median times (which means half the participants were faster and half were slower) of 86 minutes for men and 106 minutes for women.
And it looks like 40 is the new 20 - for men, at least. Men in their 40s followed less than 30 seconds behind those in their 20s, posting a median time of 86.5 minutes.
Women in their 40s weren't quite as close to their peers in their 20s, posting a median time of 114 minutes - so, roughly eight minutes slower.
On the other hand, many will find it sobering to know that the fastest boy younger than 15 years completed the race in just 53.2 minutes, while the fastest girl younger than 15 years did it in 62 minutes flat.
Add to that the fact this year's times are less-than-impressive compared with our results over the past 16 years. At 101 minutes, this year's median time is the slowest since 2008.
And it looks like men are the ones dragging the chain this year, recording their slowest median time since 2007. For women, this year's was the slowest median time since 2010.
